I Would Describe Myself As I can spend many hours walking and sitting in the countryside. I write fiction, play my own compositions on a stringed instrument called a Merlin, do a bit of artwork, write the occasional poem. I am into Zen Buddhism, meditate, and am politically leftish. I became a vegan because of compassion for animals (previously I was vegetarian from the age of 15) and think of the environmental and health benefits as a bonus.
