- I Would Describe Myself As I am new to the vegan world and have not always been kind to my body or my spirit. One of the awesome things about getting older...you no longer feel the pressure to fit in and do what everyone else feels acceptable.I stumbled upon the movie " Forks over Knives" just trying to improve my health..then "vegucated"...which led to more videos on animal abuse...WOW! INSTANT VEGAN! I can't change the whole world..but I can change my own footprint.This has had a huge impact on my spirit already, not just relearning how to eat, but also what I think.
