I plug into nature regularly - hike and forage often. Talk to the birds. Swim in the ocean... and hot springs, well, as often as possible.
I don't do any sort of drug, except sunshine. A real nature-boy - been veg from age 12. Never felt better - on a Low-GL diet for several years now.
I dream of having an urban food forest and a cozy passive solar home (and someone to share the experience with). In the mean time, I create happy customers through my clothing business.
