- I Would Describe Myself As I have been a vegetarian for 35 years. I turned vegan a little over 2 years ago. I am looking for a like-minded person who shares my views about animal rights and healthy eating. I am 52 years old with an average build. You need to like pets! I have two dogs named Pumpkin and Tuna and a cat named C.C. (Cindy Clawford due to a similar beauty mark). I am an elementary school teacher nearing that early retirement age. I am planning to relocate to Costa Rica's southern Pacific Ocean coast where I already own property. I have come to understand that being vegan is a "red flag" after being told so by a few guys on or after dates. I understand that planning on moving to another country after retirement is also a deal breaker for most guys. I guess that I am looking for someone who wouldn't be opposed to a new adventure and living in a tropical country. I am not an extravagant person, so I am looking to find someone who could enjoy a good and fun... but basic life. I know that's a tall order, but I figured that I would put it out there...😉
