Me Descreveria Como Tonight I'm feeling the delightful afterglow of sharing an outdoor music concert (Further/Graterful Dead) with my friends and community. It was a little slice of heaven. I would love to share such pleasures with my beloved....

And now back to our regularly scheduled programing:
Life feels rich and interesting. I'm thoughtful, kind, grounded and loving. I try not to take myself too seriously, and to keep growing. Friends say I'm supportive, fun and funny. I find humor and beauty in life, which helps with all that's going on these days.

My compass is to be as present, compassionate and grateful. I'm an animal lover, concerned with social justice and try to leave a soft environmental footprint.

Favorite activities: dancing, hiking, exploring, reading, photography, live music and making fab food for my sweetie or guests. I'm open to try more.

An artist at heart, I use my creativity in my work to help people heal (psychologically, emotionally and sometimes Spiritually).

While creature comforts are lovely, I seek meaningful experiences such as connection with people, activism and the arts.

I love to learn. Favorite subjects include: art, politics, the environment, nutrition, music, psychology, Spirituality and sociology. KPFA radio is a great university in a box. Politically, I'm a lefty and believe in community solutions.

I find Spirituality in meditation, yoga, Nature, music and dancing.
What I’m doing with my life
-Doing my best to evolve, participate and become more service oriented. We need it.
-Finding my way back to gratitude, over and over again.
-Growing my business as an integrative somatic psychotherapist.

Music sampling: The Velvet Underground, Joni Mitchell, Grateful Dead, Phish, Beatles, Paul McCartney, Mike Stern, John Scofield, Zappa , Karl Denson, Jimi Hendrix, Joni Mitchell, Brown, Mozart, Bach, Steely Dan, Thelonious Monk, Bonnie Raitt, Ray Charles. etc. I love all kinds of music, even country with it's slide guitar. I like some folk, like Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger. World music. I'd love to learn more.

Movies: Groundhogs Day; Il Postino; Cinema Paradisio; Chocolat; Paris; Lost in Translation; Ten Items or Less; Shawshank Redemption; Driving Miss Daisy; Baraka, etc.

Book sampling: I love fiction, but I read mostly non-fiction for my work. Steinbeck, Pat Ogden, John Welwood, Daniel Siegel, Mary Oliver, Rilke, Joseph Campbell, Naomi Klein, Bonnie Falkner. Rumi, Mary Oliver, Rilke, J.D. Salinger, Steinbeck, etc.

I enjoy Japanese, Thai, Indian, Ethiopian and Mexican food. I have a plant based diet, which is pretty easy and yummy.
