I Would Describe Myself As I love writing, biking, walking, hiking, dancing (discovered recently), preparing a nutritious meal, gardening, sewing, and observing nature. I like to live a simple, yet meaningful life. I would like to develop my fullest potential in this lifetime and be able to contribute to the society I live in.

I want to share with you the benefits of being a vegetarian for nine years that I have discovered (I do consume raw eggs and milk, but no flesh of any kind) ...

First, I notice that I am more in tune with my true self. Because of that, it seems that I am more in tune with the universe ... this is a huge one, isn't? Ever since I was a vegetarian, I discovered many of my hidden skills; such as writing, taking pictures, crafts ..., etc. anything involved with creativity. I am not as shy as I used to be ... I am not afraid of telling what is on my mind ... I feel liberated ... To be in tune with the universe, I feel very comfortable wherever I go. Strangers or new places are not new to me. Often, other people whom I've never met, they would come over and started talking to me like they have known me ...

Second, my health has been the best since I became a vegetarian. The best part is that I can still think very clearly even when I am exhausted. Maybe because I do what I love to do, I don't allow my physical body to rest until I finish what I am doing. Another thing is very profound is that there were many periods of time, I feel elated for no reason. That feeling is the best feeling that one wants to have in his/her lifetime. When I feel elated, my brain seems working amazingly. It will absorb the information like a copy machine. It's hard to describe this wonderful feeling, you have to experience it in order to embrace the feeling ... What I can say is that I just simply feel GOOD; everything is beautiful, even adversity ... Of course, there were periods of time that I was depressed too. The good thing was I would discover the reason why I was depressed about, then I corrected the way I did things. Then the depression simply melted away. This experience was something that I had hardly experienced before I became a full vegetarian ... Life is wonderful ...
