I love to meditate... I am constantly striving to dig deeper into myself. I live my life based on the Buddha's Five Precepts, so I am a vegan. I love sharing the compassionate lifestyle with others.
I love music, art, architecture, theater, writing, forests (especially ones with big, ancient trees), biking, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, playing in snow... Splashing in the pounding surf, I am a kid again. Seeing the world through the eyes of my daughter.
Getting to know life as a single parent. Recently divorced with joint custody of an amazing little 6 year-old Buddha with a magnificent sense of joy. Learning so much about myself, my capacity for love and my resilience through this process.
Playing piano is one of my sacred joys. I try to share love and light with others through music.
