I Would Describe Myself As I'm vegetarian/vegan, slowly working toward incorporating at least a 50% live/raw food diet into my eating regimen as well. The decision to become a vegetarian/vegan is a combination of a desire to live and work at living a healthy lifestyle, a desire to protect, care for and about all living creatures upon this planet, especially our innocent animal companions and living as gently as possible by achieving a compassionate, beneficial connection with the earth. I absolutely love to cook and do a lot of cooking at home with an even balance between vegan, vegetarian and raw food dishes. Friends who have tasted the fruit of my culinary skills say that I definitely missed my calling, unfortunately, cooking for one gets a bit boring, so there's always plenty of room at my table. Heck, I'll even wash the dishes, but I certainly won't turn down your offer to help.
