  • Me describiría a mi mismo como I'm an Opti-Mystic individual and holistic healer who's passionate about living in peace and harmony with all beings. I have a totally trusting open heart and mind, and a joyful, positive, easy-going attitude when it comes to whatever life brings me.

    I relocated to North Carolina in 2013 after living in New England most of my adult life. I'm totally loving my new life here and look forward to meeting kindred spirits as I explore the great beauty of the areas around me and connect with alternative healing and spiritual communities.

    Fun and laughter live in my being; there's so much to enjoy every day. I treasure the simple things. No matter where I am or what I'm doing, I'm happy -- especially if I'm by the water, in the water or on the water. I wake up happy and experience moments of abundant grace, joy and bliss. My current focus is on continual expanded awareness, and living a life of non-judgment, compassion, kindness and understanding. The Attitude of Gratitude is deeply important to me and I've found it contributes greatly to abundance in all realms.

    I'm a sensitive, gentle, artistic soul, an animal communicator and long time energy healer. There are many other healing modalities I use - but I won't go into them here. I thoroughly enjoy the variety and depth of healing work I do with people and animals. I also thrive on meaningful conversations with friends while exploring issues that bring greater self-awareness, global consciousness and joy. I'm a Renaissance woman with a wide range of interests and talents which I have no need or desire to flaunt.

    I've been a vegetarian my entire adult life and appreciate high quality nutrition and foods. I prefer to be gluten-free as much as possible and am trending towards a raw foods diet. I have no need, however, to impose my preferences on anyone else.

    As a holistic health practitioner and multidisciplinary healer, I maintain a therapy center in my home as well as being a referral practitioner with a local holistic health center. I do presentations at local venues and teach workshops periodically.

  • Mi primera cita ideal sería The best first date I ever had was canoeing on a lake in the early evening followed by a wonderful vegetarian meal. Although this certainly isn't a typical first date or something I expect, the ideal date can be anywhere where there's an opportunity to talk and enjoy the beauty of nature. If you have a boat (kayak, canoe, sailboat...), you've got my immediate attention though.
  • Siempre he querido probar I'm actually doing things I didn't even know I wanted to try! After I moved to the area, I took a West African drumming class. To my amazement, not only did I love it but I had a natural talent. I now play with an advanced group.

  • Mi meta en la vida My real passion is the path to enlightenment and ascension which includes time for animal communication and spiritual healing for animals as well as humans. Quiet time, meditation and inner silence are also very important to me. My primary goal is to be balanced, non-judgmental, compassionate, kind and loving.
