I've had four children's books published down the years. Still writing, but current day job is wine adviser in a south Lakes supermarket, so like the odd glug. Used to work in London as a music/theatre journalist but returned home to wander the northern wilderness and write. Since then have worked mostly in food and drink - am vegetarian but not anti-non-believers! Possibly moving to Manchester or Leeds, though would miss these hard-bitten fells.
Love indie films, most books and my precious vinyl collection.
